Key Findings: Our results indicate that there is no difference in cesarean delivery rates among hospitalizations complicated by hypertension based on hospital location after adjustment of additional factors. These findings suggest that despite a significant difference in cesarean delivery rates, major urban and rural practice delivery patterns are similar in this comorbid patient subgroup.
