Mia is a researcher passionate about women's health, reproductive justice and health equity. As an epidemiologist, she aims to use a data-driven approach to reduce disparities in health outcomes and shine a light on often understudied health and healthcare topics. As a PhD student at New York University School, she works on filling in research gaps as it pertains to the intersection of health equity, gynecologic health and electronic health data.
In her free time, you can find Mia lifting, boxing, playing board games or enjoying a coffee walk.
