‍About You: Delfina seeks a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our B2B digital and email marketing efforts. This pivotal role will help shape Delfina’s online presence, engage key stakeholders, drive measurable results through well-crafted campaigns, and serve as our internal Hubspot expert. The ideal candidate for this role is a data-obsessed technical marketer who is passionate about leveraging a digital-first strategy and automation solutions to create meaningful connections with external audiences. This role requires knowledge of the mechanics of standard martech solutions and may involve up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy across channels like email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create and optimize marketing automation workflows for prospecting, lead nurturing, segmentation, and integrated campaigns, including triggers, dynamic content, and personalization tokens.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, managing workflows, lists, lead scoring, email templates, landing pages, forms, and CRM integration.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize strategy, demonstrate ROI, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in B2B digital and email marketing, preferably in health/fem tech, SaaS, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital and email campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and A/B testing.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Passion for healthcare innovation, women’s health, and improving health equity.

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
