‍About You: Our Provider Partnerships Manager will join our Growth team to visit with physicians, nurses, and practice managers at potential clinical partner locations. Our ideal Provider Partnerships Manager is an extrovert with a passion (or curiosity) for sales, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a master prospecting list in HubSpot and track all engagement with prospective provider sites to ensure a single source of truth.
• Conduct in-person and virtual visits to potential partner locations, communicating the value of Delfina Care to generate excitement with the ultimate goal of securing new partner locations.
• Oversee the contracting process for new provider sites, ensuring timely execution and smooth handoffs to the onboarding team.
• Coordinate the launch of partner sites, including onboarding communication, education, and training, in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Work cross functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Provider Success teams. 
• Submit monthly reports summarizing provider recruitment activities and progress within your territory.
• Assist the Growth team as a Delfina representative at external events and activities to support broader organizational relationships.

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of nursing or other clinical-related experience
• Valid state driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
• Travel (50%) required for in-person visits to territory locations, fully remote for administrative tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail
• Independent and creative mindset to sales outreach

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

This role also includes the potential for significant performance-based incentive pay.

The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
