Objective: Support patient engagement on the Delfina Care platform to users and oversee the daily operations of Delfina Medical Group.

About Us and About You: Delfina provides a leading pregnancy care data platform to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Our Manager, Care Delivery will work with the Clinical Operations team to operationalize the Delfina Care platform in our partner clinics and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Delfina Medical Group. Our Manager, Care Delivery is someone who has excellent problem solving and communication skills and thrives in a fast paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Product team to liaise with external clinic staff and internal employees to ensure the product is running as expected on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to deploy the Delfina Care platform at various clinical sites.
  • Monitor and report on internal staff and external clinic user experience continually.
  • Create reliable, clear documentation with direction around policy and procedure, workflows, and communication with the staff.
  • Evaluate existing procedures and workflows to ensure good fit, make recommendations as indicated for change.
  • End-to-end responsibility for patient experience - all the way from onboarding to exiting the program
  • Managing remote patient monitoring (RPM)
  • Managing the Delfina Medical Group clinical team
  • Managing all Group classes (including setting up KPIs and getting feedback on classes)
  • Managing telehealth setup, including provider licensing and scheduling with the DMG administrative staff
  • Employ creative thinking to maximize patient engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years minimum, 4+ years preferred in managing delivery of care
  • Certified Nurse Midwife preferred, RN required
  • Experience overseeing operational workflows
  • Strong communication and conversational skills
  • Experience with Web and mobile technologies
  • Digital healthcare experience is a plus
  • Medical practice/Health system operations is a plus
  • US residence, hybrid remote position, able to travel on an as-need basis (US-wide) with the majority of hours spent on-site at our partner clinic in Houston, TX.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this contract role is $40-60 per hour USD based on experience and certification. While this range represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training, new hires who meet most of the requirements above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted pay range.
