Objective: Drive the development and implementation of innovative health tech solutions by leveraging clinical healthcare expertise to improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery processes.

You have a strong clinical background paired with experience in health technology, making you uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between clinical and technical teams. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills enable you to manage cross-functional projects and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical product development, from ideation and planning to launch and iteration.
  • Act as the voice of the clinician, ensuring that product solutions address real-world healthcare challenges and align with user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on clinical insights and market demands.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals and patients to drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive and compliant.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration, or related discipline) or equivalent clinical experience.
  • 4–8 years of product management experience or working on health tech initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care, and healthcare operations and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Master’s in Health Informatics, MBA, or similar).
  • Experience working with EHR/EMR systems or other healthcare technologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA or FDA guidelines for digital health products.
  • Certification or experience in healthcare quality, process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, CPHQ), or direct experience working as a healthcare provider.

Compensation: $145,000 - $175,000 per year

The base salary range for this full-time position in the United States represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. New hires who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted salary range.
